Catalina was born in Bogota, Colombia. Catalina has professional studies, she also took the AILA paralegal course and is in the process of becoming certified as a paralegal. Catalina has been working in the immigration area for 2 years and has knowledge in family petitions, removal of conditions, naturalizations and E-2 investment visas. Catalina is currently working in the area of permanent labor certification program (Perm) and Immigrant Alien Worker Petitions, L-1A intra-company transfers of executives or managers. Catalina performs a wide range of tasks related to varied cases requiring specialized knowledge and skills in employment-based immigration matters. Catalina is the supervisor of the paralegals, and provides ongoing guidance and information to the team. Since his arrival to the United States, Angel has been dedicated to learning about the US legal system, that curiosity made him pursue certification from a widely recognized institution like the University of Miami to become a Paralegal in 2019. Romney Manassa J. D., LL. M.
Romney was born in Miami to Lebanese and Venezuelan immigrants. He earned a dual B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University. He graduated cum laude from University of Miami School of Law with a J.D./LL.M. in International Arbitration. Romney also holds a certificate in International Cultural Heritage Law from University of Geneva and an Area of Focus notation in Immigration, Asylum, and Citizenship. Romney was involved in several programs at Miami Law. Through International Moot Court, he competed in the International Criminal Court Moot, his team ranking first in America regionally and 13th in the global finals at the Hague, Netherlands. In the Human Rights Clinic, he advocated for clients before a U.N. committee in Geneva, Switzerland. He studied abroad in Germany, Panama, and Switzerland, and attended COP25 in Madrid. Romney was president of the Society of Bar and Gavel, UM Law’s oldest honor society, and is published in the Inter-American Law Review. Romney applies this myriad of experiences to his work at Loigica, managing cases and conducting extensive legal research for clients from across the world, including business, intellectual property, naturalization, and various immigration matters.

Born in Bogotá, Colombia. Elkin is a professional lawyer, specialized in commercial law and public and private liability from his country. Among other specialties, he has extensive experience on immigration law in Colombia and the United States. He currently works as a paralegal in LOIGICA PA and handles family petitions and investor visas, better known as E-2 Treaty Investor visas. He has extensive knowledge in U.S. immigration procedures such as residency processes, naturalization processes, work and travel permits, adjustments of status, removal of conditions, fiancé petitions, changes or extensions of status and tourist visas, among others.
