Additional evidence needed for completion of the visa is stated below:

• • Consultation Requirement: the employer/petitioner must submit an advisory opinion from a peer group(i.,e labor organization) or from a person of expertise in the petitioner’s area of ability to assure the applicant’s extraordinary ability in their respective field.
  • Contract between petitioner(employer) and beneficiary(employee): The petitioner must submit a copy of any written or oral contract between them and the beneficiary.
  • Itineraries: The petitioner must provide a detailed explanation of the nature of the deal made between them and the beneficiary. This includes dates and nature of the events, copy of itineraries, such as tour dates, etc.
