Kaustubh Nadkarni, Esq
Mr. Nadkarni received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Michigan State University in 2001. He went on to get his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Six Sigma Management Science from the University of Miami in 2006. Thereafter, Mr. Nadkarni received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2012, followed by an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire (formerly Franklin Pierce Law) in 2014. Mr. Nadkarni has successfully passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office Examination, and is in good standing, licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida Federal Court as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C.
As an Intellectual Property and Litigation attorney, Mr. Nadkarni has drafted and prosecuted several patent applications, prosecuted many federal trademarks, engaged in opposition proceedings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and litigated cases in the Federal Courts. Mr. Nadkarni serves on the board of the Fairchild Palms and is a member of several organizations, including International Intellectual Property Association and the American Intellectual Property Association.
