Harry Tapias is co-founder and Director of LOIGICA PA. He serves as the law firm’s business and immigration lawyer focusing on EB5, E-2, L1, H1B, and other business visas.

Harry began his career at Accenture in Chicago, Illinois where he consulted on multiple change management and human capital projects for Fortune 500 companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University Chicago, and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale.
