Camilo A. Espinosa, Esq
Camilo A. Espinosa works in the Firm’s Business and Corporate Department. Mr. Espinosa advises U.S. and foreign companies on a wide range of commercial matters, including breach of contract, commercial agreements, and business disputes. His clients include companies in technology, commodities, and real estate.
Mr. Espinosa was born in Bogota, Colombia and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He went to the University of Nebraska on a tennis scholarship where he earned is BA in Marketing and Political Science. Camilo went to law school at Nova Southeastern University and graduated in the top 25% of his class.
Mr. Espinosa is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has been working on different commercial projects in South America and has been providing legal and business consulting to clients with regards to industrial parks and developing projects in South America. Mr. Espinosa represents U.S. and foreign companies and their employees in all aspects of immigration and nationality law including H-1 professional worker, L-1 intra-company transfer, and E-treaty trader and investor visas.
