Harry Tapias, Esquire

Harry Tapias, Esq. is co-founder and Director of LOIGICA PA. He serves as the law firm’s business and immigration lawyer focusing on EB5, E-2, L1, H1B and other business visas. Mr. Tapias began his career at Accenture in Chicago, Illinois where he consulted on several change management and human capital projects for Fortune 500 companies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University Chicago, and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale.


• In 2016 Mr. Tapias received an official appointment to the Vizcaya Museum & Garden Board of Trustees in Miami

• In 2019 Mr. Tapias received an official appointment to the Miami-Dade County History Preservation Board

• Harry enjoys scuba diving in the Florida Keys

Camilo Espinosa, Esquire

Camilo Andres Espinosa was born in Bogota, Colombia and came to Miami when he was 18 years old. Camilo received a tennis scholarship and earned his undergraduate degree in 2008 with concentrations in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Nebraska. Camilo graduated from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012. Camilo currently manages the immigration E-2/E-1 and EB-5 visa department at LOIGICA. Prior to co-founding LOIGICA, his areas of experience involved contractual law and commercial litigation. Camilo is an active AILA member and volunteers in different organizations to help the South Florida community.

Felipe Paraud, J.D.

Autónoma de Barcelona University Central University

Lawyer since 1998, master’s degree in constitutional law and public international law.

From an early age he practiced the profession as a lawyer and legal advisor on immigration matters in Europe. He worked as an advisor on immigration matters in significant institutions such as Comisiones Obreras de Catalunya, City Council of Vilafranca del Penedés, Vilanova i La Geltrú, Cerdanyola del Vallés and finally as a member of the legal team advisers on immigration law in the City of Barcelona-Spain(SAIER). He has participated as a guest in several international forums in Europe on global immigration issues. He has a deep knowledge about immigration law in the United States. He is currently member of LOIGICA Attorneys since 2017 where he currently serves as Sales Director of the firm.

Sara Benmouna, Esquire

Sara is an Associate Attorney at Loigica., P.A. While being a top-ranked student at St. Thomas University School of Law, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and received her Juris Doctor with Honors. Sara is member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Student Chapter at STU, but also a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. Sara graduated in France with a Master’s degree in International Business Law. With more than four years of experience in the field of international business and immigration law along with her personal experience, she can relate to the clients’ needs and understands the importance of the immigration law practice. Sara speaks fluently English, French and Arabic.


Romney Manassa, J.D.

Romney Maron Manassa is a Senior Law clerk at Loigica, P.A. His legal experience includes real estate, business, and estate law, plus some criminal law through an internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami. He is an alumnus of the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor, a Master of Law in International Arbitration, an Area of Focus in Immigration, and a certificate in International Cultural Heritage Law from the University of Geneva. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a dual Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations and a minor in Economics. As a UM student, Romney was accepted into the country’s only International Moot Court Program, participating in the 2019 International Criminal Court Competition, where his team ranked No. 1 in the U.S. and 13th in the world. As a fellow in the Human Rights Clinic, his team traveled to Geneva, Switzerland to advocate for clients before a United Nations committee. Romney also did legal coursework and research in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, and Panama. His student leadership experience includes serving on the executive boards of International Moot Court, the International Law Society, and the Society of Bar and Gavel, Miami Law’s oldest honors society. He was also a staff editor at the Inter-American Law Review, where his article was accepted for publication in Spring 2021.

Carlos Felipe Espinosa

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Carlos is lawyer from the Universidad de la Sabana, Specialist in International Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes. In addition to that he has studies in family law in Colombia.

Carlos is a lawyer with academic experience in projects related to immigration, like, family cases, investment visas, etc. He has studies at the University of Nebraska where he studied crime and political science.

Tatiana Vasquez

Was born in Bogota, Colombia, and is an International Business Professional. Her areas of experience involve customer service, international business, and marketing.

Tatiana is a paralegal and marketing assistant at Loigica, providing support to the sales and marketing team, but she also supports the attorneys with immigration cases.

Catalina Beltran

Catalina was born in Bogota, Colombia. Catalina is a paralegal, she supports the attorneys with immigration cases such as, adjustment of status, naturalization, employment authorization, travel document. She also helps the clients to access our immigration platform. Catalina coordinates paperwork related to documents for immigration or citizenship including affidavits, petitions, applications.  Integrity, responsibility and authenticity define Catalina.

Angelica Niño

Angelica earned a Business Administration and Finance degree from Politecnico Grancolombiano University.    She studied project management, and Logistics Supply Management at Sabana University.

Currently Angelica is a Financial Manager at Loigica PA, she has 17 years’ experience in Finance and Administration, knowledge in internal process, ISO process implement, Financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.

She lived 6 years in Montevideo – Uruguay, where she developed her business, created a market, and organized and lead the first “walk to fight breast cancer” in the country.
