Harry Tapias, Esquire
Harry Tapias, Esq. is co-founder and Director of LOIGICA PA. He serves as the law firm’s business and immigration lawyer focusing on EB5, E-2, L1, H1B and other business visas. Mr. Tapias began his career at Accenture in Chicago, Illinois where he consulted on several change management and human capital projects for Fortune 500 companies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University Chicago, and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale.
• In 2016 Mr. Tapias received an official appointment to the Vizcaya Museum & Garden Board of Trustees in Miami
• In 2019 Mr. Tapias received an official appointment to the Miami-Dade County History Preservation Board
• Harry enjoys scuba diving in the Florida Keys
Camilo Espinosa, Esquire
Camilo Andres Espinosa was born in Bogota, Colombia and came to Miami when he was 18 years old. Camilo received a tennis scholarship and earned his undergraduate degree in 2008 with concentrations in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Nebraska. Camilo graduated from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012. Camilo currently manages the immigration E-2/E-1 and EB-5 visa department at LOIGICA. Prior to co-founding LOIGICA, his areas of experience involved contractual law and commercial litigation. Camilo is an active AILA member and volunteers in different organizations to help the South Florida community.
Felipe Paraud, JD

Lawyer since 1998, master’s degree in constitutional law and public international law.
From an early age he practiced the profession as a lawyer and legal advisor on immigration matters in Europe. He worked as an advisor on immigration matters in significant institutions such as Comisiones Obreras de Catalunya, City Council of Vilafranca del Penedés, Vilanova i La Geltrú, Cerdanyola del Vallés and finally as a member of the legal team advisers on immigration law in the City of Barcelona-Spain(SAIER). He has participated as a guest in several international forums in Europe on global immigration issues. He has a deep knowledge about immigration law in the United States. He is currently member of LOIGICA Attorneys since 2017 where he currently serves as Sales Director of the firm.
Sarah Benmouna, JD Candidate 2020
Sara is a Senior Law Clerk at Loigica., P.A and she is a top-ranked student at St. Thomas University School of Law where she is pursuing her Juris Doctor. Sara is member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Student Chapter at STU, but also a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Law Section of the Florida Bar, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta International. Sara graduated in France with a Master’s degree in International Business Law. With four years of experience in the field of international business and immigration law along with her personal immigration experience, she can relate to the clients’ needs and she understands the importance of the immigration law practice. Sara speaks fluently English, French and Arabic (Moroccan).
Romney Maron Manassa is a Senior Law clerk at Loigica, P.A. and a third-year law student at University of Miami School of Law, where he is pursuing a Juris Doctor, a Master of Law in International Arbitration, and an Area of Focus in Immigration. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a dual Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations and a minor in Economics. His legal experience includes five years in real estate, business, and estate law, and a summer internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami. He was accepted into the country’s only International Moot Court Program, taking part in the International Criminal Court Competition, where he is team ranked No. 1 in the U.S. and 13th in the world. A fellow at the Human Rights Clinic, his team traveled to Geneva, Switzerland to advocate for their clients before a U.N. committee. He also participated in an exchange program with Leipzig University in Germany and a certificate program in International Cultural Heritage Law at the University of Geneva. Romney currently serves in the International Moot Court Board and the International Law Society. He is also a staff editor at the Inter-American Law Review, Miami Law’s second-oldest law review.
